In-person services (office or home):
- Manual lymphatic drainage
- Dry needling
- Physiotherapy
- Functional Dermatological Physiotherapy (emphasis on post-operative care)
Treatment programs:
- Gestational: preparatory to childbirth. The program is individual based on client demand. Obstetric physiotherapy will help with breathing, posture, biomechanics, strengthening and relaxing the pelvic floor
- Recent postpartum: the program is individual based on client demand
- Late postpartum: recovery of posture and diastasis
