Hello, welcome. I'm Rafaely Rodrigues, but you can call me Rafa. I am from Fortaleza by birth and soul and in 2005 I migrated to the Netherlands.

My most important role is being Lis and Vincent's mother. As a professional, I am a Physical therapist where I can be an instrument for a life with more movement, lightness and joy.

I did 2 trainings: one in Brazil, where I graduated and post-graduated in 2005 in Physiotherapy in Women's Health. Here in the Netherlands I continued studying to face the process of equalizing diplomas. In 2008 I got my Dutch diploma in Physiotherapy.

I continue studying and in 2023 I specialized in Vascular Physiotherapy, also called Lymphotherapy.

I currently work in person in Amsterdam and online for consultancies.

My areas of activity are:

• Gynecological-obstetrics: perinatal period

  • Gestational: preparatory to childbirth. The program is individual based on client demand. Obstetric physiotherapy will help with breathing, posture, biomechanics, strengthening and relaxing the pelvic floor.

  • Recent postpartum: the program is individual based on the client's demand. Greater emphasis on pelvic floor recovery

  • Late postpartum: recovery of posture and diastasis

• Perinatal monitoring: conditioning for childbirth and recovery during the postpartum period

• Diastasis treatment

• Pelvic floor dysfunctions

• Scar treatment; fibrosis; seromas and other post-operative setbacks

• Manual lymphatic drainage

• Dry needling

• Functional Dermatological Physiotherapy: post-operative revalidation of elective surgeries
