My work is based on intuitive eating, mindful eating, and self-compassion, helping you listen to your body, understand your real needs, and build a balanced relationship with food and your body, regardless of your goal.
As a Brazilian living abroad, I personally understand the challenges of adapting to a new country, from the lack of familiar ingredients to figuring out how to use local products in recipes, especially in a place with so many different types of cheeses and dairy products. That’s why I offer fully personalized care, considering your reality and preferences. Each session is unique, designed to make you feel supported and motivated to turn your eating habits into a practical, healthy, and enjoyable experience.

Nutritional Program
For adults who want to transform their relationship with food and their bodies in a balanced way, without food restrictions, and with lasting changes.
Over 8 online sessions (biweekly), we will work on both the physical and emotional aspects of eating, ensuring you can achieve autonomy in making food choices without guilt or insecurity.
Based on my experience, 8 sessions represent an average number of consultations in which most people reach nutritional autonomy. However, this may vary depending on individual needs, and some people may require more or fewer sessions. Each person has their own unique journey, and my goal is to support you at your own pace, ensuring you feel confident and capable of making sustainable food choices in your daily life.
Phase 1: Physical Balance (4 sessions)
In this stage, we will analyze your current diet and build a realistic and enjoyable eating routine together. You will learn how to:
Organize and plan your meals without restrictions
Identify and regulate hunger and satiety
Improve sleep quality and energy levels
Take care of your gut health and overall well-being

Phase 2: Emotional Balance (4 sessions)
With a solid physical foundation, we move on to the emotional relationship with food. Here, you will learn how to:
Identify and manage emotional eating without guilt
Build sustainable habits not relying on diets
Develop autonomy to handle unexpected situations and routine changes
Prevent relapses and maintain a healthy relationship with food long-term
With this program, you will gain the confidence to know what to eat in any situation and how to adjust your nutrition when unexpected events or emotional fluctuations arise.
